RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Items are only eligible for returns if they are unused and in their original packaging.
  • The postage cost will also be borne by you and not included in the refund amount. 
  • Items that were on sale or pre-/back-ordered will not be eligible for returns.
  • For exchanges, items will have to be the same or of lower value; you will not get a refund for any discrepancies in value.

 

FOR DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR LOST ITEMS

We go to extra lengths to ensure the safety of our items by wrapping them with shock-proof honeycomb paper/bubble wrap, and then in packing tissue, in order to minimise movement within the parcel before dispatching. However, in the unlikely situation whereby your items are damaged, lost through shipping or incorrectly sent to you, please email us at humeproject@altecomgroup.com within 7 days upon delivery.


Please include details as well as photos of the items in their initial packaging in your email. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product or offer a refund (excluding delivery fees) if it is sold out.
